Why it works

This prompt works thanks to its split-panel composition that visually juxtaposes the challenge posed and the expected competency, creating an instantly understandable assessment support. The use of raw style and moderate stylization (--s 250) ensures a professional and realistic rendering suitable for a serious assessment context. The integrated infographic elements and corporate color scheme enhance readability and credibility with both evaluators and candidates.

Expected result

You will obtain a professional high-resolution image showing a corporate skills assessment scene, with a clear composition distinguishing the test scenario and the measured competency criteria. The visual incorporates subtle graphic elements evoking assessment metrics, all in a polished corporate aesthetic directly usable in presentations, LMS platforms, or HR evaluation documents.

FAQ

How to adapt Midjourney prompts to assess job-specific skills?

To target a specific profession, replace the generic terms in the prompt with the vocabulary and environment specific to that profession. For example, to assess surgical skills, replace 'corporate environment' with 'hospital operating room' and 'workplace scenario' with 'surgical procedure requiring precision and decision-making under pressure'. Add objects and tools specific to the profession to enhance realism. The key is to retain the compositional structure (split-panel or multi-zone) that allows simultaneous visualization of the challenge and the assessed skill.

Can Midjourney images be used in official or certifying assessments?

Images generated by Midjourney can be used as visual aids in professional assessments, but with certain precautions. For official assessments, they ideally serve as scenario illustrations or visual stimuli in situational exercises, not as the sole evaluation criterion. Ensure the visuals do not contain cultural biases or stereotypical representations that could skew the assessment. For certification use, always combine Midjourney visual aids with evaluation grids validated by experts in the relevant field.

Which format and Midjourney parameters should be preferred for printed assessment materials?

For printed materials, use the --ar 3:2 or --ar 4:3 parameter for an A4-compatible format. Add '--q 2' to maximize rendering quality and prefer the '--style raw' style which produces sharper, less stylized images suitable for a professional context. Avoid overly busy compositions that will lose readability when printed. After generation, use Midjourney's upscale function and export at maximum resolution. For official HR documents, light touch-ups in a DTP software can add text annotations and evaluation grids over the generated visual.
